Green Hill

Green Hill sits right between our shop and the Davidson County line, so it lands early on the route most weeks. Lots here run bigger than the Mt. Juliet subdivisions, with more open turf and longer fence lines to trim.

The mature oaks and maples that make this area attractive also make it a fall leaf project. We run repeat cleanup passes here from late October through early December rather than one big December visit, because a wet leaf mat will thin fescue faster than almost anything else.

Shade is the other recurring issue. Where turf will never fill in under a dense canopy, we will say so and suggest a bed or ground cover instead of selling you seed that has nowhere to grow.
