Nashville

Downtown and the neighborhoods circling it bring a different kind of lawn work: small footprints, tight gates, alley access, and neighbors close enough that a rushed blow-down ends up on somebody's porch. We size the equipment to the yard and clean up like the property line is three feet away, because it usually is.

A lot of our Nashville work is rental and duplex property where the owner is not on site. You get photos when something needs attention and a flat monthly number you can budget against, without a call every time a shrub gets tall.

Small city yards are also where edging matters most. On a lot this size, a clean line along the sidewalk and drive is most of what anyone actually sees.
